This customer was not happy with the closed in feel of their entry way. We removed the walls around the stairs, and installed glass panels under the handrails. We also opened up the wall to the den, and installed a Nana Wall fold-away glass door.
We completely renovated this 1925 home inside and out. We also completed an addition off the back of the home, and a new detached 2-car garage with rooftop patio. We won a Griffin award for this renovation project in 2007.
This was an addition renovation project that we did on the home of Barney and Susan Woodard. Barney is an Asheville architect that we work with often. This project consisted of additions on either side of his house, as well as extensive interior renovations, and window replacement on the entire home.
This was an interior and exterior renovation project. The office and lobby area of the building used to house a Mexican Restaurant (Ponchos). We completely gutted the old restaurant and hotel lobby, and constructed 7 new suites. We also remodeled and enlarged the existing lobby and breakfast area, and gave the exterior a face lift.
The Bee Hive is a canteen, store, and museum. We built it for Crestridge Camp for Girls located in Ridgecrest, NC. We demoed an existing structure located on the site, and built the new building from the ground up.
This is an addition we did on a home in North Asheville near the Country Club. The addition included a living room master suite with full bath, updated larger kitchen, and a new deck. We also added a new 2-car garage under the addition.
